Health Issues in Using Computers
Majority of computer users are reported to have complained of back pains, stiff neck, eye strain and other forms of physical discomfort because of spending so much time in front of PC’s. Whether because of your job or you just plain enjoy surfing or playing on the Internet, there is a big chance that you will suffer from the above mentioned discomforts as well. So the best solution would be to find ways on how to prevent these physical effects when the necessity of having to face computers for hours can not be avoided. First, you have to make sure that the screen resolution of your monitor is set at the appropriate level, avoiding blurry and indistinct images. Second, let your eyes rest for a while when you feel that it is already starting to itch from prolonged exposure to the PC monitor.

Proper posture when in front of a PC
Also, you have to ensure that the PC monitor is angled correctly within your range to avoid getting a stiff neck. To refrain from suffering back pains, try to sit up erect with your most comfortable position. True, we have been trained to practise the proper posture when in front of a PC, but the position where you are most relaxed should be given more importance. If all of these are practised appropriately, then your time in front of a PC will be made more productive and enjoyable at the same time.
